Pro-Fab Group of Companies evolved out of the business success and manufacturing reputation of Pro-Fab Industries Inc., North America’s premier designer and manufacturer of alternative energy heating products especially outside wood furnaces.

Pro-Fab Industries is truly a grass roots company, growing up around a top quality homemade pellet stove, which came to be known as the Cozeburn in 1989. Since then, the product innovators who designed the initial furnace have led the way in designing and manufacturing the most trusted wood furnace brands in alternative energy heating, including Empyre Elite and Empyre Pro Series high efficiency wood boilers, Empyre and Cozeburn hydronic furnaces, Pelco light industrial biomass boiler and HeatHandler heat exchanger.

Pro-Fab Industries continued to grow and expand its high quality fabrication expertise to provide custom manufacturing services in Canada, the United States and Mexico. Among the companies acquired and established by Pro-Fab Group since its humble beginnings over two decades ago are Precision Laser Inc., AgLand Industries Inc., Hocan Industries Ltd., Millway Industries Ltd., Precision Laser & Mfg., LLC and Pro-Fab Mex SA de CV.

Our diverse companies serve a wide variety of industries, including residential and industrial alternative energy heating, agriculture, mining, oil and gas production, as well as custom design, manufacturing and laser cutting.

Although Pro-Fab Group has grown its local presence throughout North America and serves global markets, we have not forgotten the commitment to homegrown quality and personalized service built into the first Cozeburn furnace in 1989.
