WOOD BURNING FURNACE |wood burning stoves|wood burning stoves|corn burning furnace|outdoor wood furnace The heat from a wood burning furnace saves you money and our resources. Wood is a renewable resource and in many cases an inexpensive alternative to conventional heating. Heat is easily distributed in a house or shop using a variety of water to air heat exchangers. If there is an existing wood burning furnace with ductwork in the house, simply install a heat exchanger into the duct work. If there is no existing ductwork, in-floor heat can be used, installing baseboard radiators, or even installing a heat exchange unit to provide heat. I wanted to let you know that my new Empyre 450 wood burning furnace has been in operation for 5 weeks now. It is everything you said and more. Our house has never been so warm and we have more than enough domestic hot water. It's great being able to burn all types of wood and not worry about smoke, ash, wood or bugs in the house. Before I had 2 wood stoves going in our house. Now I can put wood in the stove once a day and not have to worry about it. Best of all, the oil burner has not been on, once we started the stove. |
