We're heating over 5000 sq ft with this unit, four different buildings, and we are 100% happy with its performance. As we go into our fourth season, everything is working as new. We keep the furnace clean and make sure the rust inhibitor is adequate. Our dealer stops by periodically, just to see how it's going. His service and follow up has been just great.
