About the HeatHandler Water-to-Air Heat Exchanger
The HeatHandler is a water-to-air heat exchanger offering clean, efficient heat for houses, offices, factories, greenhouses, barns, shops and garages. It can be used as a space heater or in conjunction with existing ductwork. With three sizes ranging from 105,000 to 225,000 BTU’s and a variety of installation arrangements, the HeatHandler offers options for every application. The HeatHandler also maximizes comfort by constantly circulating hot water through the coil, which also eliminates blasts of cold air on start up. Acoustic insulation and a whisper quiet fan guarantee smooth, quiet operation.
How it Works
When the thermostat calls for heat, the HeatHandler uses a small pump* to draw water from the heat source. This water circulates through a highly efficient coil in the HeatHandler. As soon as the coil has heated the air satisfactorily, the HeatHandler fan turns on, moving air across the coil and into the room or duct work.

Applications
The HeatHandler works efficiently with existing wood furnace or wood boiler systems and is compatible with either forced or in-floor heat. With options for horizontal or vertical installation and in a variety of sizes, the HeatHandler is ideal for heating any rooms or work areas of any size. It can be used as a space heater or connected to duct work or in-floor heat. Besides providing comfortable, efficient heat, it also circulates air throughout the building, improving humidity and air quality. The HeatHandler is ideal for maintaining air circulation and constant heat within greenhouses and other farm buildings. The HeatHandler hooks up easily to any boiler or heating system and can be installed easily to a ceiling or greenhouse frame. Multiple HeatHandlers can be positioned throughout barns, greenhouses or rooms of any size to keep air circulating at consistent temperatures.
